Animals do not speak our language but if we listen we can hear their cry for help. If we open our eyes we will see their pain. To all those beautiful ones who need our help let us band together and let love find a way.

Many times in reporting neglect/abuse of animals the situation remains unchanged? How may a reporter be better educated to useful reporting? Isn't useful reporting actually the "proof by photo or tape"? Couldn't an ACO be allowed to take photos?
